Do your research before you buy into the "outer" appearances of the California Armenian Home. Don't let the outside country club appearance mislead you. Pay attention what happens inside this nursing home that is decaying and no longer funded or operated by Armenians. Ask the right questions when you tour it and meet Yuba the Administrator. She is an ignorant loser that no one likes.
